We have manmade pond in our backyard that's loaded with koi. In the warm months the fish are protected by water lilllies, but come winter, the plants die back exposing our seafood buffet to every heron and egret in the county. Today, Mr. Blue Heron arrived for his morning meal. He was thwarted however, because Gerry has already pulled out the old dog kennel panels and covered our pond up, so it is now in Koi Penitentiary mode. Yep, ain't nothing getting in and out!
