1-2-3 Cakes

As promised in time for the end of the week is dessert.

These are called 1-2-3 Cakes.

Take a box of Angle Food cake mix and your choice another kind of regular cake mix. Throw them in a big plastic bag and shake to mix thoroughly.

In a tiny mixing bowl mix 3 tablespoons of the combined cake mixes, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix until thoroughly incorporated and thick.

Take a small microwave dish. (I think these ramekins are perfect!) Give it a quick spray of Pam.

Pour your cake mixture into the ramekins. And bake in your microwave for 1 minute on high.

Let cool. Pop out of ramekins and frost.

Perfect little dessert cakes! Especially nice when there is just one or two of you to bake for.

Just put the combined cake mix in a cool place until the urge for a little cake strikes again!
