A perfect afternoon...

I treasure my friends - but life interferes with me ever spending enough time with them But today I was able to spend a long leisurely lunch with two of them. We had lunch at one of my favorite restaurants, The Rail, which has nice country club-race track-horsey feel to it, plus awesome food. It was wonderful getting caught up on each other's lives. And LG bought each of us a lovely gift. Can you believe she hauled a cast iron sculpture all the way from Japan for me in her purse! Wow, just wow. I can't imagine what airport security thought when they scanned it. And take a look at the awesome box it came in, hmm can't wait to take that into the studio - I love, love, love, packaging from Japan!!!!
