So last November

So last November, I took a fall, which was a pretty bad one. Long story short, I ripped my left quadricep tendon off of my knee cap, taking with it some bone. I had surgery and its been a long recovery. The fall was stupid and I don't think neither Gerry nor I could believe how much damage it did.

But I'm back!

 I had to wear this damn brace for a month, it was the hardest part of the recovery.
