Gerry and I received some lovely retirement gifts from friends and co-workers. One of our favorites was this bottle of Nikka Coffey Gin. OMG. We have a lot of different brands of gin in our closet, but this, this is something really special. So smooth with a hint of citrus. And none of that awful piney taste of some gins (can we say the infamous Dogfish gin-argh)
We are trying to drink it very, very, slowly so it will last.
