I'm working on a book nook for my BFF Lori as her Xmas present and I needed a braided rug for it. But when I tried making one it was just too thick, so I decided to weave one instead. Once I got it woven I used fabric glue to hold it together. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. When I get the book nook completed I'll post photos- no worries Lori will see it, I don't believe she has ever visited my blog.
