I thought this was one of the more unusual recipes I've seen for Key Lime pie and I think I am going to make it for this 4th of July weekend. We only have one thing planned- a major yard clean-up and washing of our basement windows. We have been entertaining a lot over the last two months so a long weekend to ourselves sounds just right, but with a good Key Lime pie.
