Will anyone notice

That it has been almost exactly a year since I last blogged? I love blogging so this lack of activity is a bit disheartening....life ran away with me. In 2015 I made a commitment to ride as much as possible-a commitment I kept to myself. Work became overloaded to the point that most of the folks in my department work through lunch-no more lunch time walks to clear out the cobwebs...the result is I come home exhausted and the very last thing I want to do is look at a computer screen (this also explains my lack of interest in Facebook this year.) I was a horrible emailer (Linda, I owe you, thanks for hanging in there.)

But I accomplished my primary goal of riding Dallas...more on that in later weeks, and big news, I finally quit smoking in the first week of last Janaury.....more later on that too.

Anyway, baring any more craziness, I think I'm back online!
