Merry Christmas!

Welcome everyone to the Arden-Lamenzo
2014 online Xmas letter!

Mj and GW,  Bermuda in 2014

For the past 30 or so years Gerry and I have sent out a Christmas newsletter - but times are changing and in our Xmas card this year was the url to this blog. I've been writing it for a long time now - I much prefer it to Facebook-though I'm on there as well) and I thought it made sense to invite everyone to come visit mjarden.net  (and revisit) as a way to stay in touch with the goings on in the Arden-Lamenzo home.

So, no more intro fluff, this is what we've been up to this year!

We slipped away with L and D for a quick, and much needed vacation to Bermuda.

We left the ship and walked to this beach, and sat and swam...freaking bliss.

Back on board Gerry got to pretend to be the captain.

Back home, RV took us crabbing on the Wye River, in Maryland.

And we got to eat what we caught!

I made a lot of jewelry, taught a lot at Wilmington University, and a design
I created for Delaware Tech won a Silver Medal in an NCMPR Competition
(see photo below)

This summer an evangelical christian defaced our car-yeah, we still can't figure that one out.

I created this logo for Gerry's new company--doesn't everyone need a mercenary mule?

Speaking of Doc, he and Gerry did a lot of trail riding and trail competitions this year.

And we trailered him to a friend's house for an Easter Egg Hunt and party
(plus he gave mule rides to all the kids-and not a few of the adults!)

Thank god for great co-workers at Delaware Tech (but we still miss you Heather!)

but mostly, Ger and I had fun and tried to keep things light-hearted!

Much love to all of you, and have a wonderful 2015!
