I love my FitBit. During the day, it tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. At night, it tracks your sleep quality and wakes you silently in the morning (it vibrates!)

You can tap it twice and it shows you how far along your are in your activity. For more detailed info you synch it to an app on your Smartphone. My goal is 10,000 steps per day and 4 miles. It's a huge motivator. I've been wearing it constantly since Christmas, have only lost a pound or two, but I'm definitely getting more exercise.
