She brought the nicest gifts-the photo yesterday was the front of a candy box! It's metal and just as gorgeous on the outside as it is on the inside. And the candy, oh my. Little jewels. She was upset that some of them were broken-but actually it was a blessing- I'd never been able to bite into one of these beauties if they were perfect and pristine, the fact it was broken made it OK to pop a piece in my mouth
So glad you had a chance to eat them. They look better in the photo than in real life.
ReplyDeleteI had such a great time. thank you for such an amazing dinner. It breaks my heart that we only get to spend a few hours every few years. I wish we could do things together to make new memories. But, I'll take what we can get. I hope you get to ride soon!
