Cooking up a storm



I found the best meatloaf recipe in our "Mules and More" magazine. (Yep, never know where that next, best recipe is going to come from do ya?) I've tweaked it alot, so it's 1 pound pork sausage, 1 pound ground beef, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup oatmeal, two eggs, and three chopped scallions. Mix well and drop into greased muffin tins. Top with a sauce made of 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 heaping tablespoon of yellow mustard. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yum!
