My love affair with cast iron

I love cooking with cast iron. I like the weight, the look, and the awesome crust that items baked in cast iron get. I have skillet, griddle and for Xmas I got a Dutch oven. Pictured above is my famous Irish Soda bread in all of its buttery and buttermilk yumyness.
