I had a wonderful Christmas.
After last year's very awful Christmas, I told Gerry I wanted a do-over. I had a cervical injection in my neck on December 20, 2011, and had an injection flare- the short story is that the fluid they are injecting spurts out before it hits the target thus increasing the inflamention by three-fold, instead of reducing it. I was in intense pain for two months. Yeah, I wanted a do over. And I got one, because this year's Christmas was doubly wonderful!!!!!!!
My sister was here for nine days and we had a wonderful visit, including getting down to Rehoboth for a day.
There was wonderful food, lots of meals out, lots of time with family and friends, yummy cookies, and twinkly lights. No "do-over" needed this year!
