I met Gerry my first day in Charles Rowe's drawing 101 class at the University of Delaware. He wanted to be a Disney artist and I only knew that the only marginal talent I had was making art. That was in 1976. After a very loooong engagement we finally got married and this year we just celebrated 29 years of the best marriage and friendship any man or woman could ask for.
I took alot of photo classes at UD, and one of my assignments was to do some nudes. Poor Gerry was my model, and I took him to an old, abandoned prison and asked him to strip down. This is the best photo I took that day and the only one that's PG enough to show on this blog ; )
Note to self: somewhere I have a much better copy of this photo, and in fact at some point I'd better get all my old B + W negs scanned.
