Counting my blessings

One of the (many) things in my life I'm grateful for is that I only live 3.5 miles from work. That translates into what is usually a 10 minute compute- and only five minutes if I catch the lights. But not always, about a week before Xmas we had a freakish storm move through that dumped ice on our roads. And my usual commute became hour long.
