Gerry and I have ridden more this year than in all of our previous horse years combined. And it has been heaven. Gerry's been hitting the trails on Doc the mule, while I've been concreting my efforts on learning dressage. This snap is of Gerry and K after a trail ride in Fair Hill. That day it was almost 100 degrees, hating the heat as I do, K. took pity on me and she took Dallas out for me. Despite all of my efforts drug wise to stem the flow of my immune system issues, I still can't handle extremes in temperature.
