Did you know that each of us is bombarded by over 80% more information on a daily basis then we were in 1980?
I learned this from my friend, Sue Frost. You may be familiar with Sue already- she’s written numerous articles for publications like Delaware Today and the News Journal. Sue is a professional organizer and the owner of Organize My Life.
I believe that being organized is empowering: knowing where things are, what you’ve done and what’s ahead gives you a wonderful feeling of satisfaction and control over your life. But most of all, being organized means having time for the fun stuff because the tedious stuff is already taken care.
And Sue is my ultimate organization role model. Not only is she the most organized person I know, but she possess the rare ability to help other people become organized.
I could go on and on about organization, but you should really check out Sue’s web site, she also has a terrific monthly email newsletter that she sends out free of charge and is chock full of great ideas and tips.
I’ll leave you with this final thought. This blog is about my four passions in life, one of which is frugality. I believe that being organized is especially important when jobs and money are scarce. Being organized -- be it with your finances, your home, your business, your time, or your closet-- will always be one of the best and smartest ways to save money, time, and energy.
