The nor'easter arrived late yesterday afternoon in the mid-Atlantic as scheduled. Ger and I have already been out and we are plowed out- but can't go anywhere (nor would want to) as Delaware is under a state of emergency. Bella and Bode are now sound asleep - exhausted from jumping like kangaroos in the 20 plus inches we've already got on the ground.
After working outside Ger and I had a nice breakfast of homemade apple cobbler, bacon and oranges. And the crock pot did its magic over night and we'll be enjoying homemade beef vegetable soup with beer bread for dinner. Nothing like good food during a blizzard!
