MJ Arden - Horses, Art, Frugality and Elegant Communication

I'm not sure if I've ever posted this photo before, but it's of my Darley James brooch-it was my first narrative jewelry piece- that I created around 1998. At the time I was working at UD as a cultural affairs program manager part-time and spending a lot of time in my jewelry studio and at the computer working to finish my first novel, The Fourth Storm (which I self published in 2000.) And, I also was working on my first web site. I guess those days are on my mind right now because I'm working on a new series of narrative necklaces and am half way finished with my second novel, Limerance Road. 

Yup, I may be slow, but I'm steady : )
